Four phases, as marble is worked

  1. 01 · La Cava

    The quarry — choosing the block

    A few days on site or on calls with the people doing the work. What takes too long, what gets re-typed, what nobody trusts yet.

  2. 02 · Il Disegno

    The drawing — the shape agreed

    One page: what the system will do, what it will refuse to do, how we will know it worked, and what it costs. You approve before anything is built.

  3. 03 · La Sbozzatura

    The roughing out — the form appears

    Working software every week, in your data and your tools. You use it early and tell us where it is wrong; that is the fastest part of the process.

  4. 04 · La Lucidatura

    The polish — and the handover

    The system is yours: the code, the weights, the documentation. We stay on for care and improvement as long as it is useful, and no longer.
